INTEREST
RATES
- Typically, most loans
are made based upon a fixed basis commencing at the rate of 11% and up to
15% per annum. Upon the Borrower's request, variable rates would be entertained.
These rates are subject to change.
TERM
- Depending upon circumstances
and the needs of the Borrower, Dayco's loans can be made for as short as 60
days and as long as 5 years
MONTHLY
PAYMENTS
- Most of Dayco's loans
are interest only, which helps accommodate Borrower's cash flow. Dayco will
entertain amortized loans based upon very flexible schedules as proposed by
the Borrower.
SPECIAL
FEATURES
- None of Dayco's loans
have any type of prepayment penalty. This means that if the Borrower desires
to pay the loan at any time prior to the maturity date of the loan, this goal
can be accomplished without being subject to any prepayment penalty.
- All Borrowers are provided
with the opportunity to select their own schedule as to time of month their
payment becomes due.This is another way Borrowers are granted the maximum
flexibility to manage and plan their monthly cash flow.
- No additional charges.
Dayco makes every attempt to limit expenses for the Borrower and does not
charge Borrowers for substantial and excessive ordinary expenses (i.e., junk
fees).
PURCHASING
NOTES / LOAN PORTFOLIOS
- As principal investor,
one of Dayco's primary interests is the purchase of real estate, secured note(s)
and trust deeds held by individuals, entities and /or financial institutions.
Dayco will also entertain the purchase of Loan Portfolios up to $7,000,000
from investors and financial institutions.
- Dayco can fund the purchase
in an extremely quick fashion on a "ALL CASH" basis. Upon price
agreement, Dayco can perform within a few days and pay cash for the note(s)
as long as all basic paperwork and title matters are in order. Dayco has vast
experience in this area and it's internal operation is well -suited to quickly
and efficiently respond to the incoming inquiries.
